GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8574

WHEREAS Festus Gatheca Kabinga alias Festus Gatheca alias Gatheca s/o Kabinga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 10.6 acres or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Kirimukuyu/Mbogoini/44, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Karatina in succession cause No. 104 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to Francis Kibugu Gathecha, as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Lydiah Muthoni Kabinga, (2) Francis Kibugu Gathecha, (3) Peninah Muthoni Njiru, (4) Peterson Waigwa Kabinga, (5) Rachael Muthoni Kariuki, (6) James Festus Wahome (7) Peris Nyamuiru Gitonga, (8) Jane Mugure Wanjau and (9) Scarlet Wanjiru, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents RL. 19 and RL. 7 in favour of the said Francis Kibugu Gathecha, as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Lydiah Muthoni Kabinga, (2) Francis Kibugu Gathecha, (3) Peninah Muthoni Njiru, (4) Peterson Waigwa Kabinga, (5) Rachael Muthoni Kariuki, (6) James Festus Wahome (7) Peris Nyamuiru Gitonga, (8) Jane Mugure Wanjau and (9) Scarlet Wanjiru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Festus Gatheca Kabinga alias Festus Gatheka alias Gatheca s/o Kabinga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
