GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8573

WHEREAS Richard Wanjohi Muriithi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.124 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Aguthi/Gatitu/2842, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession cause No. 10 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to Andere Gathoni Wachira, as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Andere Gathoni Wachira (2) Priscillah Warindi Muriithi and (3) David Muturi Muriithi, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents RL. 19 and RL. 7 in favour of the said Andere Gathoni Wachira, as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Andere Gathoni Wachira (2) Priscillah Warindi Muriithi and (3) David Muturi Muriithi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Richard Wanjohi Muriithi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
