GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8572

WHEREAS Maria Wanjiru Gichuru alias Mary Wanjiru Gicuru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.6 acres or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Aguthi/Muruguru/666, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession cause No. 40 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to (1) Peter Nguru Gichuru and (2) George Gatu Gichuru, as administrators and the beneficiaries are (1) Peter Nguru Gichuru, (2) Abel Gichuru Maina and (3) Purity Wanjiru Maina, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents RL. 19 and RL. 7 in favour of the said (1) Peter Nguru Gichuru and (2) George Gatu Gichuru, as administrators and the beneficiaries are (1) Peter Nguru Gichuru, (2) Abel Gichuru Maina and (3) Purity Wanjiru Maina, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Maria Wanjiru Gichuru alias Mary Wanjiru Gicuru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
