REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Eunice Gathinwa Magori (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.81 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Magutu/Ragati/896, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Karatina in succession cause No. 65 of 2013, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to the beneficiary Naomi Nyakanini Magori, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents RL. 19 and RL. 7 in favour of the said Naomi Nyakanini Magori, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Eunice Gathinwa Magori (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
