WHEREAS William Odero Ojala, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Migori, registered under title No. Kanyamkago/ Kamgundho/1024/, and whereas the Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court at Rongo in Civil Case No. 23 of 2013, has issued a court order for the reconstruction of the land register/green card to enable the transfer and registration, if the title deed issued to William Odero Ojala is not surrendered within sixty (60) days from this gazettement, will be deemed as null and void and of no effect.
