WHEREAS (1) Mohamed Amani Karega (ID26651727) and (2) Catherine Wanjiku Gichachi (ID/22889346), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. Kilifi/Mtondia/1875, and whereas there is sufficient evidence to show that the green card has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
