whereas it has been proved the original title has never been lost and was neither under custody of the said Murtaza Turabali Patel or Shirinbhai Adamali Dar, and whereas efforts have been made to have the irregular re-issued title deed surrendered for revocation in vain, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the land registrar shall expunge the record of re-issued title and reinstate ownership record as they were before the registration of order date 3rd December, 2015, in succession cause no 178 of 2015 (Kadhi’s Court) and upon such expulsion, the title issued to Murtaza Jurabali Patel, shall be deemed as null and void for all purposes .
