REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Waweru Nduati, (2) Laban Kariuki Ngugi and (3) Peter Waithunguri Ngugi, t/a Golden Matatu Self Help Group, all of P.O. Box 7–01003, Gituamba in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 7240/144, situate in Thika municipality in Thika district, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 88602/1, and whereas sufficient 20th August, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
