TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2021 By Abukar Sheik Abdi, of P.O. Box 52228–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Olesha Sheikh Abudi, who died on 18th May, 2009. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2021 By Mustafa Fazalabbas Mohamedali, of P.O. Box 84753–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s attorney, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zetunbai Tayabali Essaji, who died at Nairobi, on 11th June, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
