CAUSE NO. E362 OF 2021 By Christine Adhiambo Misewe, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Nyongo Dimba alias Nyongo Dimba, who died at North Ramba, on 25th August, 1997. CAUSE NO. E377 OF 2021 By Alex Okuto Oyaro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Michael Osumba alias Dulo Amolo, who died at Akom, on 15th March, 1986. E397 OF 2021 By (1) Francis Odhiambo Onjala and (2) Patrick Otieno Onjala, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andericus Onjala Otengo alias Onjala Otengo, who died at Bar Chando Sub-location, on 27th April, 1990. CAUSE NO. E380 OF 2021 By (1) Judith Atieno Ogutu and (2) Imelda Awuor Ogutu, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patricia Akinyi Ogutu, who died at Bar Kowino Sub- location, on 19th August, 2005. CAUSE NO. E341 OF 2021 By (1) Jane Asiza Adera and (2) Joseph Oyanda Awuora, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joswa Olum Ogilo, who died at Bark Kowino, on 14th April, 2018.
