TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2021 By (1) Charles Kyalo Ndeto and (2) Nzau Ndeto, both of P.O. Box 83–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Ndeto Kitili, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd August, 2000. CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2021 By (1) Charles Kyalo Ndeto and (2) Nzau Ndeto, both of P.O. Box 83–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Mukulu Ndeto, who died at Bethany Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd March, 1994. CAUSE NO. 16 OF 2021 By (1) Patience Ndunge Mutua and (2) Martin Kyule Mutua, both of P.O. Box 1431–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Kiamba Mbithuka, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
