TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 154 OF 2021 By Eliakim Otieno Okut, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okutu Ojin’go alias Okut Ojingo, who died at Kathieno A. Village, on 3rd December, 1972. CAUSE NO. 285 OF 2021 By David Odhiambo Onyango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Boaz Oduor Obare and (2) Julius Onyango Obare, who died on 15th August, 1978 and 20th August, 1992, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
