CAUSE NO. 24 OF 2020 By Yusuf Wangara Wambutsi, of P.O. Box 160, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ramadhani Wambutsi Lutiali alias Ambutsi Olutiali, who died on 10th June, 1998. CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2021 By Moses Mukotsa Ombikhwa, of P.O. Box 616, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombikhwa Wamalwa, who died on 6th November, 1973. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
