E72 OF 2021 By Lilian Kiende, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zipporah Kanyua Rukoya, who died at Kiria Location, on 4th December, 2008. CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2021 By Margaret Karamuta Kinuu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Itunga M’Meru, who died at Nthimbiri, on 27th November, 1979. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2021 By Sarah Kiburo M’Nyiri, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon M’Nyiri M’Mukira, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 10th February, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
