TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E239 OF 2021 By (1) Jeniffer Mueni Musyimi and (2) Ndulu Kimuyu, the deceased’s granddaughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyimi Ngumi alias Musyimi Ngumi Kyoyo, who died at Mbilini Sub-location, on 14th September, 2000. CAUSE NO. E240 OF 2021 By (1) Jacob Mwanza Mule and (2) Sammy Wambua Mule, both of P.O. Box 85, Masii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mule Nduva, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 28th February, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
