TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E213 OF 2020 By Merceline Akumu Opiyo, of P.O. Box 139, Sondu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domtila Msinde Ogutu alias Domtila Masinde Ogutu alias Mrs. Domtila Masinde, who died at St. Joseph Nyabondo, on 26th January, 2018. CAUSE NO. 219 OF 2021 By Alfred Ochieng Juma, of P.O. Box 144, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jecktone Juma Ondiwo, who died on 17th February, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
