E686 OF 2021 By (1) John Jeckonias Omolo Obura, (2) Georfrey Aggrey Yonah Orao Obura and (3) Catherine Achieng Obura, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kileon Obura Omolo alias Kilion Obura Omolo alias Killion Obura Omolo, who died on 25th November, 2014. CAUSE NO. E695 OF 2021 By Sofia Adhiambo Akwenje, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Otete Onyango, who died on 2nd November, 2016. CAUSE NO. E707 OF 2021 By Samson Otieno Adorn, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oriedo Agumbo alias Oriedo Agumba John alias John Oriedo Agumba, who died at Lower Kadongo, on 15th March, 1985. CAUSE NO. E720 OF 2021 By Serphiner Achola Omondi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abisae Owuoya Ojeje, who died on 16th May, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
