CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2021 By Johnson Mwanguri Chai, of P.O. Box 302, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of probate with the will annexed to the estate of Chai Katama Chivatsi, who died at Chauringo, on 28th December, 2005. CAUSE NO. E183 OF 2021 By (1) Hassan Kassim Hassan and (2) Khadija Kassim Hassan, both of P.O. Box 85388–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Theresa Korea Othero, who died at Magutu, Ukunda, on 5th November, 2001. CAUSE NO. 56 OF 2021 By Ann Jostone Sanga, of P.O. Box 2714, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of probate with written will to the estate of Asha Johnson Sanga, who died at Jocham Hospital in Kenya, on 14th November, 2020.
