TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 21 OF 2019 By (1) Josphine Wagithi Kimotho and (2) Peter Kariuki Kimotho, both of P.O. Box 87854, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of of Moses Kimotho Komu, who died at Mikindani, on 26th September, 2003. CAUSE NO. 33 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Mbugua Wanjiru, (2) Margaret Waithira Muregi and (3) Rose Wangui Wanjiru, all of P.O. Box 87279–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiru Mbugua Mambo, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 7th February, 2020. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2021 By Satish Mohan Talwar, of P.O. Box 81693–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of probate with the will annexed to the estate of Vijay Kumar Talwar, who died at Mvita, on 20th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
