TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2020 By Tumpes ole Meja Kisotu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meli Silanadi Nasalolo alias Mary Yiasi, who died on 12th January, 2018. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2021 By (1) Daniel Kipngetich Ruttoh and (2) Chepngetich Segerger, both of P.O. Box 8, Amalo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kipyagon Segerger, who died on 22nd March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
