TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Mwangi Njoya and (2) Catherine Waithera Njoya, both of P.O. Box 81358, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Njeri Njoya, who died at Tudor, on 1st June, 2017. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2021 By Teresia Nyambura Kinoru, of P.O. Box 82665–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Mwicigi Kinoru, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 20th November, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
