TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E242 OF 2021 By Roda Achieng Muga, of P.O. Box 181, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muga Nyumba alias Paul Muga Nyumba, who died on 5th May, 1988. CAUSE No. 244 OF 2021 By (1) John Radier Oyamo, (2) Araka James Oyamo and (3) Jackson Awino Oyamo, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Oyamo Amolo alias Oyamo s/o Amolo, who died at Kakmie Sub-location, on 18th May, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
