TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E25 OF 2021 By Peter Kilongosi Simiyu, the deceased's administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kerebeti Namunyu, who died at Maeni Sub-location, on 3rd April, 1969. CAUSE No. E46 OF 2021 By John Simiyu Wekesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Assan Wesusa Kipteki, who died at Khamulati Sub-location, on 24th April, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
