TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 70 OF 2021 By Samuel Mwangiri Ndoro, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Ndoro Mwangiri, who died at Mitsajeni, on 6th June, 2004. CAUSE NO. 165 OF 2021 By Onesmus Said Taura, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taura Mweni, who died on 16th August, 1989. CAUSE NO. 175 OF 2021 By (1) Bernice Wanjiru Munjiru, (2) Payne Muturi Munjiro and (3) Gift Macharia Monjiro, the deceased's daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Willy Monjiro, who died at Shimo la Tewa, on 4th April, 2021. CAUSE No. 176 OF 2021 By (1) Bernice Wanjiru Munjiru, (2) Payne Muturi Munjiro and (3) Gift Macharia Monjiro, the deceased's daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosslyn Njoki Monjiro, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 1st April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
