CAUSE No. E36 OF 2021 By (1) Alex S. Simiyu and (2) Andrew Simiyu Namukhiyi, both of P.O. Box 124, Kimilili in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simiyu Sitati, who died on 14th August, 2008. CAUSE No. E37 OF 2021 By Susan Nelima Sevoi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Kale, who died on 16th July, 1966. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2021 By Amos Simiyu Namasambu Kibichori, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justo Namasambu Kibichori, who died at Kamusinga, Kimilili, on 7th August, 1997.
