TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. EIO OF 2021 By Samuel Udida Mukisemba, of P.O. Box 17, Brigadier in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Amudala Omukisemba, who died at District Hospital, Kitale in Kenya, on 13th April, 1996. CAUSE No. E54 OF 2021 By Wilson Kwarat Ndiwa, of P.O. Box 4595, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Chepkoror Jairo Ndiwa, who died at Kiboroa Sub-location, on 7th May, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
