TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 72 OF 2018 By (1) Alice Jematia Too and (2) Hillary Kiptoo Koech, both of P.O. Box 4554, Eldoret, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kipkoech arap Kiptoo, late of Kabongo, who died at there, on 25th October, 2015. CAUSE No. 274 OF 2021 By Eunice Jeptoo Ruto, of P.O. Box 329, Matunda, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salome Chelimo Butia, who died on 17th June, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
