TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 235 OF 2021 By (1) Patrick Ngure Kabiro, (2) Florence Nyambura Ndung'u, (3) Gilbert Mburu Kabiru and (4) Stanley Maim Kabire, all of P.O. Box 237-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Kabiro Ngure, who died on 2nd November, 1998. CAUSE No. E251 OF 2021 By Kiprotich Mining, both of P.O. Box 1353, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebore Kimoi Kiprop Tanui, late of Kaptebee, who died at Chepkero, on 10th January, 2019. CAUSE No. E268 OF 2021 By (1) Sophia Cheptoo Hussein and (2) Fauzia Chepchumba Hussein, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Warda Chepkoech, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 7th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
