TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E87 OF 2021 By (1) Julius Ooro Nyangoge, (2) Nicholas Okoth Owuor and (3) Daniel Omondi, all of P.O. Box 124 '10400, Suna Migori in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyangoge Ngode Mwai alias Nyangoge Opiyo Ngode, who died at Kakrao, on 20th April, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
