TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.47 OF 2021 By Sammy Wanjohi Kariuki, of P.O. Box 7, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harun Kariuki Wairagu, who died at Kiwanja, on 8th November, 2012. CAUSE No. 70 OF 2021 By Lucy Wanjiku Mwaura, of P.O. Box 115, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceaseds's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mwaura Mathaga Kinja alias Mwaura Mathaga Kinja, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu in Kenya, on 14th June, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
