TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E396 OF 2021 By Margaret Akumu Ndolloh, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Auma Ndolloh alias Philip Ndolloh Auma, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd October, 2020.
