TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 393 OF 2021 By Sarah Anyango Ondijo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ondijo Thomo, who died on 29th July, 2006. CAUSE No. E606 OF 2021 By (1) Philip Onyango Ojowa and (2) Plista Awiti Agandi, the deceased's grandson and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sulmena Adipo Obuya, who died on 2nd November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
