TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E3 OF 2021 By (1) Caroline Mukwanjeru Gitari and (2) Duncan Mwenda Gitari, both of P.O. Box 647-60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitari Abednego Kiguangu, who died at Ndagani, on 12th June, 2019. CAUSE No. E 4 OF 2021 By (1) Mwenda Justus Mutea, (2) Nelson Mutuma Mutea and (3) Lucy Kageni Mutea, all of P.O. Box 320-60401, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Mutea Jeremiah alias Justus Mutea, who died on 4th September, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
