TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2021 By (1) Wilson Ayiaki Kiranka and (2) Edwin Kooyio Kiranka, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kiranga Yionde, who died at Kisaju, on 4th June, 1996. CAUSE No. E35 OF 2021 By (1) Margaret Wahu Karihe and (2) Evangeline Wanjiru Kimani, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Simon Kimani Ikinu, who died at Metropolitan Hospital in Kenya, on 26th July, 2020. CAUSE No. E38 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Kariuki Mwangi and (2) Jane Wanjiru Kariuki, the deceased's brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Duncan Mugo Durangu, who died M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 25th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
