TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E9 OF 2021 By Beatrice Wairimu Gachara, of P.O. Box 30259-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanslaus Muthaka Gachara alias Muthaka Gachara Stanslaus, who died at Kamburaini Sub-location, on 7th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. ElO OF 2021 By (1) Solomon Mwihungi Mahugu, of P.O. Box 133-10100, Nyeri in Kenya, (2) Peter Nyika Muchiri, of P.O. Box 26, Mweiga in Kenya and (3) Charles Muchemi Karweru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kanini Wang'ondu, who died at Outspan Hospital in Kenya, on 7th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
