Box 854, Sotik, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptonui Kirui, who died at Tenwek Hospital, on 20th March, 2020. CAUSE No. 81 OF 2021 By (I) Alex Kiptonui Mutai and (2) Rodrick Kiprono Yegon, both of P.O. Box 42, Olulung'a, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sawe arap Tebetai, who died at Oldebesi Sub-location, on 14th July, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
