TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 28 OF 2021 By Esther Wambura Mahinda, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charity Njeri Gitimu, who died at Isiolo Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE No. 29 OF 2021 CAUSE No. 73 OF 2020 By Stephen Kipsang Ayabei, of P.O. Box 275-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teriki Kipkorir Mackestany, who died at Torongo, on 13th October, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
