TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 22 OF 2019 By Shem Elung'ata Olumasi, of P.O. Box 56, Cheptais, in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loisi Samain Olumasi alias Loisi w/o Walumasi, who died at South Wamono Sul) - location, on 19th October, 1989. CAUSE No. 170 OF 2021 By (I) Wycliffe Owoko Oluoch and (2) Isaac Oduor Odhiambo, both of P.O. Box 57-40606, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Oduor Oluoch alias Timothy Oluoch Oduor, who died at Got Osimbo Sub-location, on 5th January, 2010. CAUSE No. MC 166 OF 2021 By Gabriel Were Olali, the deceased grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muriro Siata, who died on 17th December, 1983. CAUSE No. E179 of 2021 By Peres Akoth Ndakla, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndakla Odhiang, who died on 7th October, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
