TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E17 OF 2021 By Faruk Bakari, the deceased's father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Faruk Jaruf, who died on 25th September, 2020. CAUSE No. E18 OF 2021 By (1) Nelly Mwende Mali and (2) Musyoka Katilimu Senga, the deceased's widow and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Mbithi Musyoka, who died at Embakasi, on 17th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
