TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E44 OF 2021 By Kathini Joseph Mwinzi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mwinzi Musyimi, who died at Thonoa Sub-location, on 12th August, 2016. CAUSE No. E50 OF 2021 By Annah Kasila Musyimi, of P.O. Box 1-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzangu Vondo Mulatya, who died at Kavuvwani Sub- location, on 12th June, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
