TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 53 OF 2020 By David (red Nthiga, of P.O. Box 11906, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nthiga Mbunja Kurega alias Nthiga Mbunja, who died at Gachoka, on 20th December, 1994. CAUSE No. 119 OF 2021 By Sospeter Njuki Ngondi, of P.O. Box 197, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuki Thabari alias Ndegerie Chabari, who died at Siakago Sub-location, on 21st October, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
