Box 489, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dabura Njeri Kamau, who died at Gitura, on 29th October, 2007. CAUSE No. 123 OF 2021 By (1) Mariam Wanjiru Kaniaru and (2) Isaac Kamau Gichoya, both of P.O. Box 489, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Kaniaru, who died at District Hospital Thika in Kenya, on 1st April, 1976. CAUSE No. 127 OF 2021 By (1) Monica Wanjiru Njoroge and (2) Phylis Wairimu Gitau, both of P.O. Box 509, Karigu-ini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isack Njoroge Sungu, who died at Kagaa, on 30th April, 2020. CAUSE No. 236 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Wachera Mwaura and (2) Naomi Wanjiku Mwaura, both of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Morgan Mwaura Kimani, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th April, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
