TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E166 OF 2021 By (1) Bernard Munyao Kiilu and (2) Esther Katile Kiilu, both of P.O. Box 41, Athi River in Kenya, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiilu Kakie Ndeti, who died at Athi River Township, on 14th April, 2021. CAUSE No. E199 OF 2021 By Micheal Ngila Mwania, of P.O. Box 317-90131; Tala in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damaris Nthenya Masila, late of Kisukioni, Kalandini, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 1st December, 2020. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
