TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E39 OF 2021 By Eunice Wacuka Mungai, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kamau, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 1st July, 2020. CAUSE No. E53 OF 2021 By (1) Eunice Sungu Indimuli and (2) Vivian Emmy Indimuli, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephat Indimuli Kataka, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 5th April, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
