Box 59, Maua in Kenya, the deceased's father and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Michubu, who died at Kiunyene, on 21st October, 2019. CAUSE, No. E141 OF 2021 By Francis Kareria M'Mauta, of P.O. Box 72, Maua in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mauta Barungu, who died at Auki, on 1st July, 1982. CAUSE No. E146 OF 2021 By Julius Kirimi Kamundi, of P.O. Box 42069-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Ntundu Kirimi, who died at Nturuba, on 25th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
