TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E126 OF 2021 By Purity Rose Njagi, of P.O. Box 30119-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Njagi Mvungu, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 4th October, 2020. CAUSE No. E142 OF 2021 By Julius Kariuki Julius, of P.O. Box 24, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Njue Njega alias Julias Njue Njega, who died at Makengi Location, on 7th June 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
