TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E212 OF 2021 By (1) Winfred Muthoni Kariuki and (2) Peter Gatere Kariuki, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wairimu Kariuki, who died on 22nd April, 2021. CAUSE No. E213 OF 2021 By (1) Winfred Muthoni Kariuki and (2) Peter Gatere Kariuki, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kariuki Gatere, who died on 10th September, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
