TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. MC 55 OF 2021 By Peter Mutura M'Mukindia, of P.O. Box 400-60200, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukindia Kimenju, who died at Mwitumura Gatimbi Location, on 3rd March, 1990. CAUSE No. MC 61 OF 2021 By Cecilia Kajuju Mworia, of P.O. Box 6-60205, Githongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Mworia M'Ngaruthi alias Stanely Mworia M'Ngaruti alias Stanery Mworia M'Ngaruthi, late of Marathi location, who died at Mariene, on 10th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
