TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 153 OF 2021 By (I) Patrick Okello Chimba and (2) Lavender Akinyi Chimba, both of P.O. Box 36, Ogongo in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barack Chimba Otieno alias Barack Otieno Chimba, who died at Nyatoto, Kisumu, on 13th September, 2003. CAUSE No. 191 OF 2021 By Maragret Anyango Oboch, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Oboch Okoth, who died at Manyatta "B", Kuoyo, on 13th October, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
