NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th June, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2106, in Volume Dl, Folio 718/1196, File No. MMXX, by our client, Ruth Waithera Karuga, of P.O. Box 28550- 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ruth Waithera Mwangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Ruth Waithera Mwangi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ruth Waithera Karuga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Ruth Waithera Karuga only.
